Orders

All orders will not ship until payment “clears”.   Orders placed that haven’t cleared after 7 days will be canceled.  Once order is placed, we cannot add or delete items on the order.

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient is unavailable upon delivery, You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

For Domestic: orders shipped via USPS are not insured.
We are not responsible for any missing or stolen orders that are shipped via USPS.
We encourage you to choice UPS for tracking and insuring orders.

For International: all orders shipped via USPS are insured and tracked. Orders will be insured for the total amount of the order.  If an order exceeds the maximum indemnity limit, the order will only be insured up to the maximum indemnity limit.

You are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or fees upon receipt.

Despite our efforts, the information on this Web Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any information on this Web Site. For example, products included on this Web Site may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may actually carry a different price than that stated on this Web Site. In addition, we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice. While it is our practice to confirm orders by e-mail, the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Returns

US Buyers:
Once payment is cleared, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.  In the event you receive a defective item, contact us for an RMA#.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.  You have 30 days from date of order to return a defective item.

Returned items will be inspected for manufacture defect.  If damage is due to manufacture defect, a replacement item will be sent to buyer.  If it is deemed the item was damaged by user no refund will be honored.   All returned items must appear to be in new undamaged condition.  Returned items are allowed to be returned with properly soldered connections.

International buyers: Sorry, but all items are sold as is.

Your contact information, order history and customer login information is stored.
For your protection, your credit card is not stored.
Until the end of time we will not sell or give your information to any third-party.
